The only Oregon residence Frank Lloyd Wright designed is now located on property near The Oregon Garden in Silverton.
His designs are very interesting ... very well thought out. He planned everything, from the design of the house to the furniture and the landscaping and most important where the house is located in on the land. His home designs incorporate the surrounding lay of the land and allow for indoor and outdoor living to mix and blend. The floor to ceiling door-windows all open to make for a very open main living area.
Tours are given by reservation for $5.
